A little known history — As Early Adopters of quite some technologies, we had access to many Microsoft technologies and Google Apps (predecessor of G-Suites). We built our site on the predecessor to the predecessor of what became Microsoft Office 365. When Microsoft terminated public sites in Office 365, Google more than filled the void. Google seems to have gone beyond by providing much needed value-add features with the much needed inbuilt security required for public-facing sites/pages/forms (e.g., NEW Google Sites, NEW Google Forms for surveys/contact us/etc.). Google products may not have all the bells and whistles, but whatever they do, they do exceedingly well, e.g., spam-free Google Forms.
A little fun-fact: As Technologists who cater to Business, we tend to see more than what appears to the eye ~and~ are able to pick the right tool for the job (hint: Hybrid Decisions). Though we have quite some benefits as Microsoft Gold Partners (including Azure & multiple licenses of Office 365) — Google's G-Suite fulfills our public-facing website needs.
